Sometimes country needs some stringent laws to make public understand the gravity of situation but its upto the public to take things in manner which laws are meant to be taken........... here is my take on the recent change in Traffic Laws in INDIA: this is one situation where rampant corruption gives more chances for Traffic police to earn more (here 5 times) as per simple arithmetic. Now the situation II gives another look 'how people make fun of laws....this is how most of educated and so called modern society takes the new laws...
