SIIB : KISAN----India's largest Kisan fare!

Mulshi Kisan Mela”
One of its kind and one of the largest in India in terms of the corporate participation and the total number of footfalls here.
I am here from last 3 days and this is the fourth and last day of this “kisan fare”. Feeling quite releaved and I must say that its been a real fun and a great experience in terms of the “On road Sales” .
72 hours have been passed and now I can say that I am well versed in ground level marketing and publicity of the Symbiosis Brand.
I couldnot count but I can say that I have interacted at least a thousand farmers and working executives here in this Kisan Mela. This is for the very obvious reason “ASHWAGANDHA”………………
Ashwagandha : a name which is haunting me and the entire team from last 6 months and I am really F**ked up with the Ashwa…. Gandh and really this smell has kept me busy all the time scolding our GOD. This God is tangible, existing that we can see , touch , feel and get scared of.
Hmmmmm its really good to be atheist ………….now I feel and feel stronger to carry on this good work.
“God is someone who is remembered when there is no-space to escape and when there is no one to look at---------to someone it may be a strength and power to overcome problems.
To me it sounds awkward and foolish but above all SELFISH. I cant be selfish to the GOD which has given me strength when I did not had the understanding of myself and the world around me!
Seems I have diverted from the core issue which is KISAN MELA,
Lets get back to the topic again:
Day 1: 15/12/2009:
Morning:
day one, we were sent to this KISAN MELA for the purpose of Marketing Research of Ashwagandha but it proved to be a disaster for most of us in the team as there were almost no respondent for us!
Terrified, petrified and stupefied……………
We resumed the day, struggling to get through the language barrier and the Non-response errors!
Afternoon:
By this time, everybody’s face went pale and there was no sign of enthu and energy to go for work anymore.
Hey I forgot to tell you, by this time almost entire KISAN MELA came to know that a hoard of students from Symbiosis has arrived and trying to encroach privacy of the people in the Kisan Fare.
Now: Post afternoon session:
Battery finished and nothing left in the body and mind to offer……………..
Even I am not left with any energy to push my fingers to type.............................but I will!
Days passed, dates changed but not the DESTINY………………
After finishing day three in the mela, we barely managed to gather just 42+ respondents but see other groups ----------those bloody craps managed more than 100- respondents!
This is fourth and final day of this huge event:
Four guys : Fourth day:::::::::::::::::::hmmmmm we are here again for the PR of the college as we are pre-occupied with burdens of work. But I am sure life will turn shiny and soft after this event and it will be more greener than it looks .
With this hope…………..i bid adeau to all my farmer friends and our great INDIAN FAMILY OF FARMERs.

‘Rainbow"

its a story in the backdrop of recent Mumbai blast at 6:53 pm in dadar, where a person dies.this is the last page of his life....... 7:30 am A lazy morning in Mumbai, sunlight is filtering through the curtains and on the bed, I am lazily thinking about priorities of my day. I have office at 9, meet with international clients at 11, prepare for tomorrows presentation till 4, then have meeting with boss at 6, hummff that’s it for the day!!! No, no I forgot one thing I have to go to car machanic for wheel alignment as well but before 7 pm at any cost. Well, after getting all the days business set in my mind, I dug my face again in the pillow and fell asleep only when a screaming sound made entry over my ear drums “aaj to Bandar-Bandariya ki shaadi ho rahi hai”(today monkey couple are marrying eachother)…..it was my little kido “Saniya” whom we all call Sana. She jumped over my belly and said,”papa, dekho na bahar kitna acha lag raha hai, barish aur dhoop sath sath”. I grazed out of...

2013 in SpectoonS World

SpectoonS I ntroduction While doing engineering, I started suffering from a disease called Impatience. Which means I hated prolonged classes of Machine Design. As it is said, necessity is mother of all inventions. Same way, alongside topography I started using cartooning of machine parts. Though this habit landed me trouble with a Back in machine design. But, this made me to take cartoons seriously, In particular, political cartoons.  Yes, this sleeping lazy is me.... I have compiled 25 best cartoons that I like from year 2013.
